Ministry of Health issues the following Order:

 

Article 1. Norms of application of Law on the rights of the patient no 46/2003, as provided in the Annex of the present Order, shall be approved.

Norms of application of Law on the rights of the patient no 46/2003

Article 2.  (1) Medical units shall ensure to patients equal access to health care, without discrimination on the ground of race, sex, age, ethnic or national origin, religion, political opinion or personal dislike.

 

(2) Each unit has to introduce in its Administrative Rules provisions concerning medical personnel’s obligation regarding the patients’ right of respect as human being.
